Certain people think that remixers should be issued a liscence and in so far as I a can't get behind snobby crap like limiting or otherwise curbing contributions to this sort of social evolution ; I would like to suggest that a producers ability to take another urban vocoder vomit and turn it into a totally dancefloor friendly electro thing should be liscence enough.
